Your package will be shipped by FedEx, DHL, or UPS. 
When your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with the tracking number and link to the express's website so you can monitor when your order will arrive. If you have an account, you can also log in and view your order history to access the tracking number at any time.

SHIPPING TIME:

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

1.  Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders if keep in stock are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed.

2.  If not in stock, it only need 2-3 working days to produce, and then ship to the fulfillment center.

DHL Shipping Time:   5-7 Working Days

UPS Shipping Time:   7-9 Working Days

DO WE DELIVER TO PO BOXES?

No. We can't deliver to a PO Box address. You must enter a physical address during checkout.

CHECK & ACCEPT YOUR PACKAGE

You must inspect every item to check if there is any damage upon arrival of the package.

If your product is damaged please reject the item and take a photo in time. Contact us mail as soon as possible. We will arrange a new shipment within 48 hrs. We are not responsible for any damages to boxes, cases or other packaging. This is the carrier's responsibility to handle them with care, we have no control over this.

If you find any damage later, it becomes your sole responsibility to file a claim. In such a case, you must immediately get in touch with the trucking terminal for further instructions or call customer care of the company for assistance.

If the driver doesn’t let you open the package for inspection, then you must carefully inspect the carton and note any damage, no matter how tiny.

WHAT IF MY ORDER DOESN'T ARRIVE WHEN I EXPECT?

If your delivery is overdue, please contact us. We can help sort it out right away!
Please note that your tracking information might not be visible on your account once your order leaves our warehouse since we need to receive this information from the courier and upload it to our system.
