SEXLOVEOFFICIAL doll’s goal is to create the most realistic simulation doll, then will the doll eventually replace the real people?

We have denied this question more than once in different occasions. We are not the Creator. We can not create "people". We're just trying to make the dolls closer to people, or closer to the nature of "beauty". We never consider whether the doll could “replace” the real person. We don't want to lure customers into buying dolls by vague description, but we want customers to think carefully and make their own choices after considering.

Why is the gift I received not the same as the official site?

About gifts: the color of the wig, the color of the eyeballs and the clothes are all given randomly, and there is no guarantee that it is 100% the same as the one on the sales page. Different dresses will make the doll have different presentations, which does not belong to the category of wrong products.

Can SEXLOVEOFFICIAL doll’s head be universal?

From the aspect of installation, the head could be universal, but there may be a problem that the head could not be suitable for the body because of the different height and weight of body.  According to the current situation, the distribution as follows: the head of 39.37inches doll cannot be universal, but of 55.12in is general.

What is the advantage of SEXLOVEOFFICIAL doll’s compared with traditional inflatable dolls?

SEXLOVEOFFICIAL dollhas more physical details and more perfect face than the inflatable doll. SEXLOVEOFFICIAL doll can do more poses, but the inflatable doll can only hold one pose. SEXLOVEOFFICIAL doll’s touch feeling is closer to human touch.

Why the doll’s makeup is different in different photos?

Even the same person was likely to have different makeup in the photos you see. This is because we will irregularly improve or fine-tune doll’s makeup. Adjustments include but not limited to eye shadow, lipcolor, eyebrow, eyelash, and hair. Therefore the makeup will have a little difference in different pictures. It can’t be exactly the same because every doll's makeup is done by hand. The lighting, technique and angle of shooting may cause visual errors.

Can dolls stand up?

About standing: the default height of 5ft (153cm) and above can stand
Install the screws, the buyer needs to install the rear doll by himself after receiving the package to keep the doll standing. Please do not let the doll stand barefoot on the ground to prevent the soles of the feet from being worn. At the same time, please do not keep the doll standing for a long time. Try to lie down or sit as much as possible. If the doll is damaged due to the buyer's reasons, our company is not responsible for after-sales.

What if my doll has broken skin?
It can be glued with a repair agent, and ordinary glue can also be used.

Will the makeup fall off?

We use secret special technics to do the makeup, which generally will not drop. You could consider it as a layer of coating which will gradually fade and become thin as the player constantly rub and play it. In order to protect the makeup, please just wipe the head. Do not clean it.

Note: TPE solid dolls are easy to dye, please do not wear dark tight clothes for the dolls. Depigmentation cream can only remove small areas of stains, large areas are difficult to remove; it is best to wear loose clothing or a light-colored primer underneath.

Due to the international environment, if out of stock at US warehouse or European warehouse, the order will be shipped from China factory, it need 15-20 working days to delivery.

When will my order be shipped?

After you place the order, you will receive an email confirming the order. Please check your receiving information again according to the order mail to ensure that your address can receive the package.

Usually we need 1-5 days for stocking. If it is a customized product or a special product, it will take longer, please be patient.

After the stocking is completed, we will deliver your package to the logistics company. At this time you will receive an email notification that the order has been shipped.
